MUST READ BEFORE YOU BOOK

Once you have paid for your service you may cancel within 24hrs of booking and at that time you will be fully refunded. Any cancellations after 24hrs of booking are NON REFUNDABLE. Multiple cancellations(2 or more) will block you from booking future services with The Skin Peel Pro. SAME DAY cancellations void your payment and service.

If you do not show up or contact me with an emergency the day of your scheduled service, I will not rebook or refund you.The client chooses the day and time to be serviced, I send out a reminder but it is up to you the client to remember your day and time of service. 

Refunds are Only issued to clients who have cancelled their appointments within 24hrs of booking. The Skin Peel Pro does NOT REFUND if you didn't like the service,  didn't get the desired result ( which means you didn't follow your aftercare program correctly), changed your mind after 24hrs of booking. 

The Skin Peel Pro does allow 1 reschedule per client, but it must be made 48hrs prior to your appointment. You're rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of your original appointment. Any reschedules after 30 days of your booking will not be permitted.  No same day reschedules are permitted. Should you try and reschedule the same day, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be permitted. 

We do accept deposits for our E.B. Skin Renewal Peeling as it is our highest ticketed service. We also accept deposits on chemical peel packages. The same rules apply for cancellations and reschedules. Once we have applied the skin renewal peeling day 1 you MUST return the very next day for your second application. This appointment may not be rescheduled, as the peeling will not be able to be applied on day 3. This is a 2 day application process. Should you not return the next day, you will follow aftercare instructions and return for your peel off day. No money will be refunded should you not follow this rule. 

If you pay a deposit and cancel within 24hrs of booking you will be issued a Full deposit refund. 

To avoid confusion, we do not accept deposits for any other services, as we are looking to service clients serious about their skin treatments. 

If you were a prior client of Skinkulture, thank you for your loyalty and support. Do know that any transactions with unfufilled services are VOID. This is a new business. Yes India is still the provider, but SkinKulture has not been in service for almost 12 months. There will be no refunds for SkinKulture.
